How you will be received
- 1 You check in at reception and are registered. You are given a unique number that follows you throughout your visit.
- 2 You are shown to the treatment room, where your vital signs are taken.
- 3 The doctor sees you.
- 4 If tests are prescribed, you go back through reception, then have them done on site, in imaging or in the laboratory.
- 5 If you are being admitted, you are taken straight to your room.
Your unique number
It is given to you at registration and follows you through the whole visit: treatment room, consultation, tests and payment desk. Keep it with you and you will not have to queue again.
One person may accompany you into the consultation. For a child, a parent must be present.
